Perform servicing, troubleshooting and repair of heavy equipment (boom lifts, scissors lift, generator, air compressor, forklift, BESS) at work sites and in the workshop.
Diagnose electrical, hydraulic and mechanical issues.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and safety inspections in accordance with manufacturer and company standards.
Conduct pre-delivery inspections and liaise with internal parties to ensure timely equipment readiness.
Maintain accurate service report, part usage log and job completion record.
Provide technical support to customer and ensure service quality meet safety and compliance requirements.
Complies to all rules and regulations stipulated by the company on general code of conduct and safety.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance or servicing of heavy equipment.
Independent, proactive, and able to work in outdoor environments.
Good problem-solving skills and a team player.
Experience with MEWPs or other heavy equipment is an advantage.
