As the Engineering Manager at AR ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD., you will oversee daily engineering team operations, drive technical excellence, and ensure successful project execution. You will lead and mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to achieving strategic company goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a diverse engineering team to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture that drives business growth.
- Define and drive the technical direction of engineering projects to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions within project timelines.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to translate project requirements into clear objectives and actionable plans.
- Develop and maintain engineering processes that enhance team productivity, product quality, and scalability.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership through code reviews, architecture design, and resolution of complex engineering challenges.
- Design and implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and career development to build a strong, capable engineering workforce.
- Lead continuous learning initiatives and promote adoption of best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
- Monitor and report on team performance, project progress, and technical milestones to senior leadership to inform decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, technical debt reduction, and automation to increase team efficiency and product quality.
