Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise junior team members to develop accurate and compliant computer-aided design (CAD) project drawings that meet project specifications and timelines
• Develop, initiate, and manage all phases of engineering and construction projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
• Prepare detailed documentation including critical analysis of project data and provide actionable suggestions to identify and correct errors, enhancing project quality and efficiency
• Collaborate proactively with Project Managers to allocate and track resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and timely project progress
