Job Description:

. Manage/write/maintain technical documentation, procedures and production documents.

. Confers with engineers, customers, and others to discuss project and prepare documents.

. Monitors statusof project to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule.

. Ability to plan and manage projects while engaging with internal/external stakeholders

. Apply systematic and analytic method of problem solving based on technical decisions.

. Work with the Engineering department to produce document to instruct operators on set-up,start-up, maintenance and daily operation of products.

. Work with production staff and engineers to develop and improve production processes to Increase productivity.

. Align the company's engineering and production resources (both internal and external
suppliers) to the daily project requirements.

. Apply LeanManufacturing methodologies to reduce costs by eliminating non-value addedoperations and to continuously implement new processes and introduce newproducts in a flexible and dynamic approach.

. Monitor operationprocess and analyse operational data to optimize the material yield andidentify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.

• Drive results through productivity and innovation, process re-engineering, system reviews and leveraging on technology in a results-oriented environment.
• Responsible for cost management including resource optimization and continuous improvements for existing business operations.
• Able to set-up and mobilize new projects and participate actively in Continuous Improvement Process.

. Manage individual projects (both R&D and customer projects) from pre-sales activities
through design, production, testing and delivery/acceptance.

. Performs any related duties as required or assigned to ensure efficiency of the Company.
