About the Role
Advanced Global Automation Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Service Engineer to join ourteam. This full-time position is responsible for delivering high-qualitytechnical support and maintenance services to our customers. The successfulcandidate will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance,and continuous operation of our semiconductor equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing of semiconductor equipment in accordance with established procedures.
- Execute machine installation, commissioning, acceptance testing, and customer training.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all service activities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement improvements and optimize system performance.
- Provide professional technical support to customers, both on-site and remotely.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with relevant safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support commercial activities through coordination and follow-up on customer engagements.
- Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
