Job Summary
Support daily site operations and project execution for gas piping works by coordinating teams, interpreting technical drawings, monitoring progress, and assisting in testing and commissioning to ensure timely, safe, and quality project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily site operations and fieldwork activities to ensure smooth workflow
- Interpret technical drawings and provide clear guidance to site teams for accurate execution
- Monitor project progress and assist in scheduling to meet project timelines
- Prepare reports, update project documentation, and track materials (BOM) for effective resource management
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate project coordination
- Support testing, commissioning, and documentation processes to ensure compliance with specifications
- Assist the General Manager in all aspects of project delivery to achieve project objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant construction experience, preferably in fabrication, welding, or gas piping
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings for accurate site execution
- Comfortable working on-site and performing hands-on tasks
- Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
- BCSS certification preferred
