Mechanical Engineer - Precision Motion Stage

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced mechanical engineer to design and optimize ultra-precision multi-axis motion stages for lithography equipment. PCB industry experience is NOT required. You will be responsible for mechanical structure design, component selection, simulation analysis and prototype debugging of high-precision motion platforms.

Responsibilities

• Complete structural design, 3D modeling and drawing release for high-precision motion stages.
• Select and calculate core components including guide rails, lead screws, stepper motors, servo motors, linear motors and gratings.
• Conduct FEA simulation for stiffness, vibration and thermal deformation, and optimize structural precision and stability.
• Support prototype assembly and debugging, solve mechanical resonance, thermal drift and precision problems.
• Cooperate with optical and control teams to complete mechanical integration and technical iteration.

Required Skills

• Bachelor or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Precision Instrument.
• 5+ years high-precision equipment mechanical design experience; independent development experience of high-precision complete equipment or multi-dimensional motion platform is preferred.
• Skilled in selection and analytical calculation of guide rails, lead screws, stepper/servo/linear motors and gratings.
• Proficient in 3D design software and FEA simulation tools.
• Familiar with precision tolerance, vibration suppression and thermal deformation control.
• Experience in precision motion stage, lithography or optical precision equipment is a plus.
• Language Requirement: Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required.
