Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the maintenance team to execute plant maintenance activities according to schedule and within budget. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for all plant equipment and utilities. Conduct frontline troubleshooting for plant equipment defects to ensure high operational availability. Provide guidance to maintenance staff and external contractors for quality execution of maintenance tasks. Plan and allocate daily maintenance manpower effectively. Maintain and update maintenance data and records for all plant equipment and utilities. Ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is utilized correctly and safety precautions are followed during work. Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. Familiarity with equipment such as pumps, compressors, valves, and fans. Experience in the technical aspects of maintenance for Power Plants or Process Plants. Practical knowledge of performing maintenance on equipment in Power Plants or Process Plants. Advantageous to have experience in the erection, commissioning, and start-up phases of modern power facilities. Understanding of system installation, troubleshooting, routine inspection, and maintenance. Knowledge of vibration monitoring and alignment of rotating equipment. Awareness of lubrication practices. Proficient in maintaining maintenance records in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
