What You'll Do:
- Take ownership of project scheduling and forecasting for engineering activities, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Lead the planning, execution, and management of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works, including site inspections, variation orders, and work certifications.
- Oversee manpower deployment and resolve on-site resource conflicts, while managing and appraising performance of supervisors, workers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor key systems including Mechanical / Process Piping, HVAC, Plumbing & Sanitary, and Fire Protection to ensure compliance with design and statutory standards.
- Manage project budgets and ensure alignment with client requirements, including timely submission of progress claims.
- Provide expert technical interpretation of design documentschecking piping/ducting layouts, isometric drawings, schematics, and stress analysis reports.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry
- Exposure to semiconductor or pharmaceutical projects is highly preferred
- Experience in cleanroom construction will be a strong advantage.
