Job Responsibilities
- Design and configure mechanical components and systems for integrating new machines into existing production lines.
- Create and review 2D/3D CAD models and technical drawings for custom machinery and modifications.
- Develop system layouts and schematics to ensure compatibility and efficiency.
- Oversee on-site installation and commissioning of machines, ensuring proper operation.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and adjustments during machine startup.
- Prepare operation manuals and other technical documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of design changes, test results, and integration processes.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored engineering solutions.
- Conduct training for clients or end-users on system operation and maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in machine integration, automation, or mechanical design.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine assembly is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
