Review RFQs and coordinate with the Project Manager for site survey arrangements.
Conduct site surveys in semiconductor environments and liaise with customers to review and confirm the Scope of Work (SOW).
Ensure SOW is clear, accurate, and aligned with project requirements and site conditions.
Ensure all materials and labour execution comply with customer safety, cleanroom, and quality standards within semiconductor environments.
Prepare technical proposals, including but not limited to scope, manpower planning, materials, and subcontractor requirements.
Prepare and communicate the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) to the Sales Team.
Support new material submissions and approvals in accordance with semiconductor industry requirements.
Participate in supplier and subcontractor evaluation and qualification processes.
Communicate all relevant project technical data to the Project Manager upon receipt of Purchase Order (PO).
Work closely with the Project Manager during execution by providing technical support and recommending appropriate mechanical solutions for installation works.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical and min 3 years experience in semiconductor facilities Construction.
Team worker, willing to learn, self-motivated and proactive person.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings P&ID, Isometric and CAD
Good knowledge about materials specification.
Proficient in Excel and Material Management Tools management tools.
