Job Description
- Lead a team of technical professionals responsible for maintenance and operational readiness of M&E systems
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programmes for critical facilities infrastructure
- Manage mechanical and building services projects from conceptual design through commissioning and handover
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved
- Review engineering designs, technical specifications, and project documentation for compliance and quality
- Oversee site activities, monitor project schedules, and manage safety, quality, and cost performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, efficiency, and operational effectiveness
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Strong understanding of Singapore building regulations, fire safety requirements, and engineering standards
- Experience managing mechanical engineering projects within commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale facilities environments
- Hands-on knowledge of M&E systems, equipment maintenance, and lifecycle management
- Experience supervising contractors, vendors, and technical teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
