Mechanical Engineer - M&E

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and supervise facilities maintenance work
• Manage building and M&E services for efficient operations
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and the facilities team to resolve technical issues
• Attend meetings, prepare reports, and supervise progress of work
• Build and maintain good client relationships and uphold high-quality standards

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, or Facilities Management
• 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance operations is an added advantage
