Job Summary
Manage construction projects with a focus on structural, architectural, and MEP works, ensuring compliance, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders to deliver timely and quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, clients, and stakeholders on all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) matters to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications and maintain project schedules
- Attend coordination meetings to align project progress and resolve issues
- Arrange and adjust work schedules according to project timelines to meet deadlines
- Monitor work progress on-site and provide timely feedback to the Project Manager to support decision-making
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Civil, Building, Structural, or Construction Management from a recognized institution
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage project documentation and scheduling
- Knowledge of BCA and other relevant authorities regulations to ensure regulatory compliance
- Experience in construction/project management including structural, architectural, and Medical projects
- Experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works for interior projects, preferably in hospital environments
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management
- Leadership skills to organize, take initiative, and work independently with responsibility and analytical thinking
