Mechanical Engineer

Job Scope

Responsible to conceptualize, design and develop Jig & Fixtures to meet customers specification requirement

Set up conceptualization design, and provide technical solutions and proposal to achieve customers objectives

Plan and manage projects, and prepare material, cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications for machinery and systems

Assist Sales Support to liaise with Customer on project specification, design and commissioning

Prepare detail fabrication drawing, assembly drawing and layout drawings

Assist to develop engineering standards and documentations

Perform hand-on machine, CNC programming, test-cut & demonstration

Generate post from CAD/CAM software

Any adhoc tasks assigned by Management

Requirements

Diploma/ Nitec in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering

Proficiency in Mechanical Design Software in 2D AutoCAD or equivalent, 3D SolidWorks will be added advantage

Proficiency in relevant field CAD/CAM software

Possess strong technical knowledge of industrial mechanical components specification

Able to work both independently and as a team player

Have a passion for equipment design
