Mechanical Engineer (Tool & Die)

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and develop carbide press tools for metal stamped, deep-drawn, and forming parts.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D design drawings using CAD software.
- Collaborate with the tooling, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and performance of designs.
- Conduct design feasibility studies and support process improvements for tooling efficiency and product quality.
- Provide technical support during tool fabrication, assembly, and troubleshooting phases.
- Maintain documentation for all tool and die designs, ensuring compliance with company and customer standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in tool/die design for precision metal stamping or related industries (preferred).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, V6, SolidWorks, and other CAD design programs.
- Strong understanding of metal stamping processes, die design principles, and material properties.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
