Job Scope

Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
Troubleshoot equipment faults, identify root causes, and carry out repairs to minimise production downtime.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals to support maintenance and repair activities.
Support equipment installation, setup, testing, and qualification when required.
Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment faults, repairs, and servicing schedules.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues and support manufacturing ramp-up.
Adhere to workplace safety procedures, quality standards, and relevant manufacturing requirements.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
At least 2 years of hands-on equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and repair.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
