Job Summary

Lead and manage maintenance operations by planning and supervising subcontractors and manpower to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA systems. Drive preventive maintenance scheduling, system troubleshooting, and technical guidance to support facility management and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign subcontractors and manpower for maintenance work and project handovers to ensure timely and efficient execution
• Supervise and manage subcontractors to perform maintenance and servicing tasks in compliance with quality standards
• Develop and schedule preventive maintenance plans to minimize system downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Perform routine system checks, backups, restorations, troubleshooting, and upgrades to maintain optimal performance of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA systems
• Record servicing and maintenance data accurately and generate detailed service reports to track maintenance activities and outcomes
• Provide technical and operational guidance and engineering solutions to maintenance site facility management teams to resolve issues and improve system reliability
• Execute additional ad hoc duties as assigned to support maintenance and operational objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of BMS, PLC, and HVAC systems is advantageous
• Training provided for candidates with less experience or without prior exposure to relevant systems

• Working location: West / On-site
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Basic salary: $3500 - $4200 + Allowance + Variable Bonus
