A. Automotive System Design & Development
- Design and develop automotive components and systems, including engines, transmissions, suspension components, braking systems, and structural assemble .
- Create and refine vehicle design concepts, specifications, and engineering methodologies for new or upgraded vehicle models.
- Apply mechanical, materials, and automotive engineering principles to improve performance, durability, fuel efficiency, and safety
B. CAD Modelling & Engineering Analysis
- Use CAD tools (e.g.,SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) to produce detailed 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings .
- Perform engineering calculations and simulations (FEA/CFD) to validate stress, vibration, thermal performance, and material suitability.
C. Prototype Testing & Validation
- Conduct testing and validation of prototypes and final automotive products to evaluate safety, efficiency, durability, and regulatory compliance. Analyze test results, diagnose mechanical issues, and propose engineering solutions for performance enhancement.
D. Manufacturing & Quality Engineering Support
- Oversee production processes of automotive components to ensure quality standards and engineering specifications are met.
- Investigate and resolve engineering issues or manufacturing defects, ensuring consistency, safety, and cost-efficiency.
E. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including electrical, software, production, testing, and supplier teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Participate in design reviews, provide technical guidance, and support integration of advanced automotive technologies.
F. Research, Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare engineering reports, technical documentation, drawings, and presentations summarizing design findings and recommendations.
- Ensure automotive components and systems comply with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
