Job description
Key responsibilities
.Responsible for the R&D of in-house automated equipment, including overall mechanical appearance design, structural design, and mechanism design.
.Responsible for 3D modelling, simulation, and related design work.
.Responsible for the design of tooling and fixtures.
.Participate in the selection of motors, pneumatic components, and standard parts, and develop overall motion schematics.
.Responsible for the preparation and delivery of technical documentation, including process documents, drawings, technical standards, and BOMs.
.Coordinate with the supply chain and follow up on the manufacturing process of custom-made parts.
.Provide technical support during system commissioning and debugging.
Necessary qualifications and qualities
.Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in mechanical design.
.Proficient in 2D and 3D design tools.
.Familiar with machining and assembly principles experienced in common mechanism design, as well as stiffness and strength calculations capable of independently handling relatively complex mechanical design tasks.
.Experience in robotic integration and automation projects is preferred experience in biomedical, chemical, or medical device design is a plus.
.Good verbal and written communication skills, with strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
.Fluency in English speaking, reading and writing.
.Willingness to travel internationally for training.
