Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator

Job Description

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications
• Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
• Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• Supervise the M&E works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth work progress
• Ensure all M&E works are compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
• Attend all the meeting as and when required
• Temporary M&E works (eg: site office, trial holes, temp power supply etc)
• Any other duties assigned by the Management

Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Min 5 years experience in M&E Coordination
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• AutoCAD & Revit professional
