Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in Singapore as M & E coordinator in large scale building / civil projects with main contractor in Civil Construction Projects.
3. Experience in Civil Building construction projects.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or BIM software.

Job Description:

1. Oversee project execution, all aspects of M&E works.
2. Work closely with the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.
3. Manage M&E subcontractors, submission of method of statements, drawings, materials, samples.
4. Responsible for site supervision and coordination of M&E works with other trades such of civil, structural or architectural.
5. Attend MEP and client/consultant meetings.
6. Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
7. Coordinate & supervise M&E works carried out by sub-contractors that's in accordance to specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes & regulations.
8. Perform design layouts of new or existing space including drawing sketches and incorporate them into CAD file.
9. Coordinate with BIM team.
10. Able to monitor BIM model & shop drawing creation and revisions.
11. Able to conduct QAQC to the BIM models.
12. Able to manage BIM modellers work scope & work schedule.
