Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage all M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works.
  • Supervise and oversee M&E activities at project sites.
  • Ensure all M&E works are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.
  • Handle general on-site technical and engineering matters, including quality checks.
  • Monitor project progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with specifications.
  • Review and align M&E design and project drawings to meet specifications and guidelines.
  • Review project specifications and provide technical clarifications when required.
  • Prepare structural penetration shop drawings for approval.
  • Prepare and maintain M&E coordination drawings; liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to secure approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of M&E drawings and documentation.
  • Attend site and technical meetings with consultants.
  • Oversee M&E systems including ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary, and related works.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
