Mechanical & Electrical Design Lead (Main Contractor)

Our client is a MNC company in the Construction industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a MEP Design Leader to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East- easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Translate the HOD's policies and strategies into actionable execution plans.
• Lead the implementation of these plans to drive departmental performance and contribute to the achievement of design-related objectives.
• Carry out design and supervision tasks for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with the construction quality assurance system, and produce design documents that satisfy client requirements.
• Gather and consolidate relevant information, report to the MEP and Technical & Construction departments, and proactively address project-specific issues to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance design methodologies, applying improvements and innovations to ongoing projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil/ Structural/Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years M&E design experience
