Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator /M&E Coordinator ( Main Con / General Building )

. Candidate must possess atleast Diploma / Degree in M&E.

. M & E Cert preferred

. Min 2-4 years of relevantsite experience in Residential and commercial project.

Responsibilities:

. In charge of all M&Ematters e.g. sanitary and plumbing, ACMV, electrical, security and lift

. Liaise with both nominatedand domestic contractors and consultants on mechanical and electrical work andproduce progress report

. Site inspections to ensureM&E works are in accordance to requirements

. Coordinate all M & Eworks, including monitoring of work progress

. Read and review M&Edrawings

. Good Pay +Good allowance + Good Bonus
