Responsibilities: :
- Responsible for the overall planning, design and design management of data center projects, including determining design schemes, organizing the implementation of design processes, designing and reviewing construction plans, and managing HVAC equipment bidding
- Responsible for the pre-planning of data center overall planning and design, capacity analysis, reliability analysis, and technical cost control
- Responsible for the establishment, maintenance, and iteration of the HVAC professional design management system, design standards, and atlases for data centers
- Responsible for researching and applying new HVAC technologies in data centers
- Responsible for the lifecycle design management of data centers, ensuring project progress, optimizing project costs, and improving project quality
- Responsible for technical Q&A and communication on HVAC projects at construction sites to ensure the feasibility of on-site technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher. Familiar with (green) data center industry standards and regulations, international design specifications, TIA942 design specifications, and Uptime Tier standards
- More than 8 years of experience in HVAC design management. Independently completed the planning and detailed construction design of large-scale HVAC systems. Proficient in system principles, load calculations, and familiar with the selection principles and basic working principles of major electrical equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and air conditioning terminals
- Proficient in the working principles and system architecture of liquid cooling systems. Those with experience in the implementation of liquid cooling projects of over 10 MW are preferred
- Those with experience in formulating design rules and standards, managing design teams, and compiling national or industry standards in design institutes, architectural consulting companies, data center engineering companies, etc. are preferred
- Those with work experience in domestic data centers and large-scale data center projects are preferred. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Passionate about the data center industry. Excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, international teamwork ability, enterprising spirit, and strong sense of career. Able to withstand high work pressure
