Mechanical Design Engineer - Transformer (1 Year Contract) #NKC

Prepare 2D/3D models, drawings, and technical documentation for transformer components and assemblies.

Generate accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and part lists from design data.

Design and plan manufacturing processes for transformers and related mechanical equipment.

Review and approve mechanical and fabrication drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Monitor fabrication schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

Provide technical support and guidance to the Production team.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Min Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software, including AutoCAD 2D/3D is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in transformer manufacturing or heavy industrial equipment
