Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design of our high-precision laser/non-laser equipments and provide critical on-site technical support and troubleshooting at our key customer site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end mechanical design of high-precision laser and non-laser equipment to meet product performance and quality standards
• Deliver innovative mechanical solutions that enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency
• Provide critical on-site technical support and troubleshoot issues at key customer sites to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical and software components for seamless system functionality
• Analyze mechanical failures and implement corrective actions to improve product durability and customer satisfaction
• Document design processes, technical specifications, and support activities to maintain clear communication and knowledge sharing across teams
