Assemble precision mechanical components, frames, panels wiring and test, and sub-modules as per engineering drawings, BOMs, SOPs, and customer work instructions
Perform alignment, fastening, torquing, levelling, and adjustment of mechanical assemblies to tight tolerances
Use calibrated hand tools, torque wrenches, fixtures, and gauges
Support module integration activities and pre-shipment preparation
Comply fully with cleanroom protocols (gowning, ESD control, FOD prevention, material handling)
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, fixtures, and components
Handle sensitive semiconductor parts to avoid particle, ESD, chemical, or mechanical damage
Execute in-process quality checks and basic functional verification
Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements, ISO 9001, and internal QMS procedures
Accurately complete production travellers (MRs), checklists, and traceability records
Identify, report, and support resolution of non-conformances (NCRs)
Adhere to all EHS, cleanroom safety, and equipment handling procedures
Properly use PPE and follow safe lifting and handling practices
Report safety hazards, incidents, and near misses immediately
Work collaboratively with manufacturing engineers, quality, and planning teams
Support Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as required
Any ad hoc jobs assigned by the leader
Requirements:
ITE/ Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering, Fitting, Tool & Die, or equivalent
2-6 years of hands-on in some cleanroom mechatronics assemblies, precision alignment, and test experience
Prior experience in semiconductor, electronics, medical devices, or high-precision contract manufacturing preferred
Exposure to cleanroom manufacturing environments is highly desirable
