Job Description:

. Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services and complete within schedule

. Coordinate with Architectural and Structural team to ensure final design is aligned with Architect's design intent

. Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters

. Manage M&E subcontractors submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples

. Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with BIM team

. Attend progress/site/MEP meeting

Job Requirement:

. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification

. Knowledge of MEP services and familiar with code of practice

. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

. Willing to learn and work under pressure

. Team player with good working attitude

. Detail oriented and excellent organization skills
