- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components.
- Analyze electrical schematics & requirements.
- Resolve complex engineering issues related to avionic electrical systems, subsystems, power distribution, and develop associated configuration documentation.
- Create electrical schematic designs of routed systems, including wiring.
- Lay out circuits and install electrical wiring systems to handle required loads for various parts of the plant, run lines, make connections, install proper safety devices and provide for necessary outlets and switches.
- Involved in fault finding and fixing, pre-planned maintenance work, and small improvement projects.
- A strong team focus, you will enjoy working as part of a team but also working independently as required.
- Ensure the smooth running and maintenance of all manufacturing and facility equipment on a daily basis.
- Actively minimise plant and equipment downtime in support of production by responding quickly to breakdown situations when applicable.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and/or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, with a strong background in system design and implementation.
- Experience in machine after-sales service.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English as you will need to liaise with multiracial clients.
- Able to travel for business trips when required.
