Mechanical & Electrical Assembly Technician

Responsibilities:

• To perform mechanical and electrical assembly of modules and components for automation equipment and machineries.
• To prepare cables, control box assembly, electrical wiring and routing.
• To perform machine alignment, I/O check, testing and troubleshoot

Requirements:

. Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/ ITE or Equivalent.

. Experience in electrical panel wiring, component mounting

. Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and familiarity with tools for soldering, crimping, wiring, and testing

. Hands-on experience in machine assembly, precision alignment, and troubleshooting

. Expertise in using hand tools, power tools

. Knowledge of pneumatic components, robotic actuators, conveyors, and motor controllers.

. Possess a willing to learn attitude.

. Able to travel for overseas assignment
