Mechanical/ACMV Manager (L6 M&E Contractor)

• Lead, manage and coordinate Mechanical works and services for building construction projects for a well-established M&E Contractor (MNC Company)
• Plan, develop, and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, detailing delays, defects, and necessary rectification measures for M&E works.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with an M&E Contractor
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics or relevant engineering discipline
• Advanced knowledge of local code of practice of design implementation
