Job Title: Meat Specialist

Job Description:

The Meat Specialist drives sales and profitability through effective merchandising, product variety, and shrinkage control across all types of meat and seafood. With strong knowledge of processing and food safety, the role includes supervising and mentoring cutters, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in meat handling or related field
• Proficient in reading and interpreting product labels
• Strong knowledge of meat preparation, handling techniques, and food safety standards
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Service-oriented with strong teamwork and communication skills

Work Schedule:

• Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:20 PM / 3:00 PM - 11:20 PM
• 6-day work week, inclusive of weekends and public holidays
