Meat Specialist

-Drives sales through effective merchandising, product variety, across all types of meat and seafood.

-With strong knowledge of meat preparation, marination, cooking methods and food safety, product freshness

-Inventory management, main accurate inventory records

-Supervising and mentoring cutters, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in meat handling or related field
• Proficient in reading and interpreting product labels
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards of quality and safety
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Service-oriented with strong teamwork and communication skills
