Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily meat processing operations, including cutting, trimming, marinating, packaging, and storage.
Ensure all production activities comply with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations, food safety standards, and company SOPs.
Plan and assign daily work duties, manage staff deployment, and oversee shop-floor discipline.
Monitor the receiving, handling, storage, and usage of raw meat materials to ensure quality, hygiene, and traceability.
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet food safety, weight, labeling, and packaging standards.
Ensure proper use and routine maintenance of processing equipment report any malfunction promptly.
Train and guide new and existing staff on food hygiene, safety procedures, and standard operating processes.
Maintain accurate daily production records, inventory logs, and wastage reports.
Assist and coordinate during inspections and audits conducted by SFA, MOM, or other relevant authorities.
Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment in compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in meat processing, food manufacturing, or a related industry.
Familiar with Singapore food safety regulations and SFA requirements.
Proven ability to lead and supervise a production team effectively.
Able to work in cold-room or chilled environments and perform physically demanding tasks when required.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious with good hygiene practices.
