Job Summary
At Marina Bay Sands, Housekeeping is more than just a support function - it is the heartbeat of our guest experience. With every detail meticulously maintained, the department plays a vital role in upholding the luxury and comfort that define our brand. This programme is designed to nurture and prepare individuals through a structured development plan and hands-on experience, offering a clear pathway for those passionate about hospitality. It comprises three progressive phases -Foundation, Supervisory, and Leadership - each tailored to equip and develop ASPIRER with the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to excel in their roles and grow professionally.
Upon successful completion and performance review, ASPIRER may be placed into a junior leadership role.
Job Responsibilities
Foundation Phase and Rotation Exposure - Develop a strong operational foundation and an eye for excellence.
Service Excellence Phase - Elevate every detail to world-class standards and create unforgettable guest experiences.
Supervisory Exposure - Cultivate leadership capabilities and develop a deeper sense of operational ownership.
