MBA / Aviation Degree Adjunct Lecturer

We are seeking dedicated and experienced adjunct lecturers to join our academic team at our new campus for the MBA program, which is taught in English and Chinese. Candidates must hold a minimum of a Master's Degree and demonstrate a proven record of effective teaching, coupled with strong subject-matter expertise. Additionally, applicants should possess at least five years of managerial experience in the industry.

For the Aviation Degree program, candidates are required to have a minimum of three years of relevant industry experience.

These modules are taught in English and Chinese and require proficiency in either language for this MBA programme:

• Corporate Strategy (General Business or Hospitality)
• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategy
• Hospitality, Tourism and Al
• Management of Hotel Spaces and Infrastructure
• Sustainability and the Environment
• Aviation Degree
• Sustainable Aviation And The Environment

Minimum Requirements

• MBA programme - A PhD, Master's, in a business-related or field-specific discipline.
• Degree programme - A degree in aviation, aviation engineering or a specialist degree
• A minimum of five (5) years of industry experience at a management or leadership level is required.
• Have either ACTA/ACLP/DACE/DDDLP and proven teaching or training experience at the tertiary level or in corporate education settings.
• Hospitality experience will be an advantage.
