Job Description:
- Plan and manage material requirements based on customer forecasts, pull signals, and production schedules to ensure timely availability.
- Collaborate with purchasing to monitor CTB and reschedule materials, optimizing revenue and controlling inventory levels.
- Participate in daily production meetings and coordinate with production planning to support the Master Production Schedule.
- Develop and implement actionable plans to achieve inventory targets and manage obsolescence effectively.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) builds by ensuring timely material readiness and availability.
- Manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Just-in-Time, and consignment inventory processes to maintain supply chain efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain/Materials Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or scheduling.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office, with strong skills in Excel.
- Numerical proficiency and data analysis skills to support decision-making.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
