Job Description:
Develop and manage weekly/daily production schedules based on demand forecasts.
Coordinate with Procurement to ensure material availability and resolve shortages.
Monitor production progress and adjust plans to meet customer delivery timelines.
Use ERP systems to track production and inventory data.
Analyze plan vs. actual variances and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure production flow is not disrupted and optimize inventory levels.
Collaborate closely with shop-floor supervisors and internal teams.
Job Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in Technical Engineering/ Supply Chain, Business or related field.
Experience with SAP PP module, including knowledge of work order management, materials flow, and production planning is a plus.
Strong in skills of negotiation and analyzation.
Require knowledge in work order management and understanding of Bill of Material.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
