about the job

This 1-year contract role offers an exciting opportunity for an end-to-end operational lead to manage supply continuity and material execution across regional manufacturing partners.

Oversee full material readiness, commit-to-build reviews, and supply continuity for key hardware programs across designated manufacturing partners.
Drive operational accountability with regional manufacturing units to align build schedules, mitigate inventory risks, and resolve supply bottlenecks promptly.
Coordinate material requirement planning frameworks to ensure alignment between demand updates, bill of materials health, and build targets.
Monitor inventory levels, excess and obsolete exposure, and material transitions across product lifecycles to maintain operational efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, engineering, NPI, and procurement teams to manage component availability and support ramp schedules.

skills and experience required.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience managing material execution, build readiness, and supply operations within high-volume technology manufacturing environments.
Hands-on experience collaborating directly with external manufacturing partners, managing multi-level bill of materials structures, and driving material readiness processes.
Strong knowledge of enterprise material planning systems, demand-supply alignment, and inventory control practices.
Professional business communication skills in Mandarin are essential to engage effectively with regional manufacturing partners and suppliers across the APAC network.
