Our client is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing solutions provider.
Summary
- Assist Production Supervisor in monitoring daily production activities and ensuring that the Kitting list & lot number are tally per work order issued.
- Receives and Top up material daily in hopper and Responsible for production store housekeeping.
ROLE AUTHORITY
- Enforce safe work practices and stop work in case of hazards
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas and be mindful of all the safety issues.
- Coordinates the distribution of materials to assigned work sites with material handling personnel.
- Ensure accurate issues on the material request through AMR of through Pick list.
- Ensure all process are processed in a timely manner (e.g. NCMR, MRF & FGT).
- Ensure all parts are tagged correctly and located in the correct locator assigned by system.
- Ensure lot traceability records are properly created and maintained / updated (DHR).
- Verify inventory if there's discrepancy.
- Ensure all production and material loading documents must fill up immediately after job done.
- Ensure all reject parts must dispose with proper rejection label and scarp form.
Requirements:
- GCE'O Level with few years of production experience or in related industry.
- Good Communication skill & possess good leadership.
- Follow safety guidance & 5s management.
- Must have a basic understanding of cleanroom practices.
