The Materials Handler (12 hours shift/12 months contract) is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of materials across warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipment activities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production continuity, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

This position is part of the Supply Chain & LogisticsDepartment reporting to the Materials Supervisor and is located in Benoi Sector, Singapore. 

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Carry out inbound receiving, production order picking, outbound dispatch, and cycle count activities accurately and in a timely manner to support operational and production requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency through material handling, stocktaking, documentation control, SAP system transactions, and compliance with warehouse safety, quality, and operating procedures.
• Deliver exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders by demonstrating a customer-oriented mindset, strong teamwork, flexibility, patience, and professionalism while operating in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  
  

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Possesses 1-2 years of working experience in warehouse operations, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Capable of performing basic SAP transactions for warehouse operations with good attention to detail and accuracy in inventory counting activities.
• Ability to perform manual material handling activities, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  
  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• End-to-end order fulfillment activities, including order picking, packing, labelling, staging, and shipment preparation while ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment with a valid forklift license.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, warehouse digitalization, and automation projects.
