Responsibilities
- Participate in and support Health and Safety initiatives, including DWB, BBS, and H&S meetings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing line clearance in accordance with MPI0004 and 6S standards.
- Contribute to Production and Engineering improvement projects, including Kaizen initiatives.
- Assist in daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and manage material inventory and loading ensure all necessary materials and consumables are adequately stocked to meet production schedules.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and minimize downtime or delays.
- Provide regular updates to the Supervisor regarding production progress and any issues encountered.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team for work order (WO) releases and timely material supply to production.
- Ensure inventory accuracy in the system and verify alignment with physical stock.
- Participate in stock-taking activities for both raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure materials are stored properly in accordance with manufacturing protocols.
- Maintain compliance with ISO13485, GMP, and FDA regulatory requirements.
Requirement
- Nitec in Engineering, Logistics or equivalent
- Process 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Knowledgeable in GMP, ISO, cleanroom procedures, and documentation
