Collect all necessary information on the materials to be received on site such as shipping notifications, packing lists and coordinate necessary activities to received material on site
Communicate to concerned engineers as per receipt of materials as well as the construction manager to enable them to plan for site installation
Receive materials on site as per material list and arrange for inspection of the same, identify any damages during the course of the inspection process
Effective control and allocation of materials
liaise with relevant parties to make sure material supply meet project delivery requirements
Job Requirement:
Capable of undertaking procurement work, if required
Some construction technical knowledge is preferred
Good documentation ability
Ability to communicate well
Ability to work well with others and provide support and assistance to cover peak work load
