Massuer/ Spa Therapist

Roles & Responsibilities

. Responsible in ensuring monthly personal sales targets are met.

. Keep documentation and maintain customers records.

. Deliver a variety of facial/ massage services in a safe and comfortable manner.

. Meet sales goals/ targets while offering personalized customer service and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers.

. Acknowledge and respond to customers enquiries, needs and expectations.

. Suggest and promote retail products and additional services.

. Uphold hygiene and follow health and hygiene regulations.

. Ensure that all purchased services/ products are not under cost.

. Ensure the safety of all customers during treatment. (i.e. refrain from burning/ injure customers)

. Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Preferably have certifications from CIBTAC, ITEC, ITE, WSQ, RP or Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

- Able to commit to working on weekends/public holidays.

工作要求

- 最好有CIBTAC、CIDESCO、ITE、WSQ、RP或新加坡中医学院的证书

- 能说流利的英语和华语

- 能够接受在零售时间上班,周日、周末和公共假期
