Job Description

Perform body massage, foot massage, and other relaxation treatments according to company service standards.
Apply massage techniques such as kneading, rubbing, pressing, and stretching to relieve tension and promote relaxation.
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients at all times.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and comfort during treatments.
Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation of massage tools, linens, and work areas.
Understand and follow company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Recommend appropriate services or products based on client needs.
Support colleagues and assist in daily operations of the spa/wellness center.
Basic knowledge of massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, relaxation, reflexology, or traditional massage).
Prior experience in massage, spa, or wellness industry preferred, but not mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Physically fit and able to perform massage treatments for extended periods.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
Must be willing to continuously learn and upgrade skills.
