Responsibilities
- Perform body, foot, and reflexology massage techniques to treat muscle pain and promote client relaxation
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable massage treatments to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize treatment rooms, tools, and spa equipment to meet hygiene standards
- Promote massage packages, products, and services to achieve sales targets
- Follow ethical guidelines, proper massage techniques, and safety protocols to ensure client safety
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in massage services
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Customer service orientation to provide a positive client experience
