Massage Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform body treatments including back, shoulder and full body massage

• Deliver treatments in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and service standards

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and proper upkeep of treatment rooms and equipment

• Build positive relationships with customers to enhance overall experience

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Good personal grooming and hygiene standards

• Customer service oriented with good communication skills

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Relevant experience is an advantage, but training will be provided for suitable candidates
