Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

. Provide manual therapy such as tuina, sports massage , and other traditional modalities.

. Apply physiotherapy knowledge where applicable to support holistic patient care.

. Maintain accurate treatment records and uphold high clinical standards.

. assist with the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent patient service.

. Work well with clinic team, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment.

. Build strong rapport with clients and provide follow-up care as needed.

. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

. Support business growth through service recommendations, patient retention efforts, and client satisfaction initiatives.

Job Requirements:

. Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or Physiotherapy (with willingness to undergo training in TCM practices)

. At least 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.

. Strong interpersonal skills and patient-centered approach.
